Protect The Relationship
Represent Your Team Without Competing With It
White-label presentation, plain attire, customer communication and any NDA or non-solicitation requirement are agreed before attendance.
White-Label Field Coverage · Sunshine Coast & Gympie
For MSPs, national IT providers, vendors and project teams that need a capable onsite technician without building a local field office. Send the brief; Ultra IT confirms the scope, follows your workflow and returns a clean evidence pack.
Not Another Anonymous Dispatch Pool
You need someone who can walk into the site professionally, communicate with the people already managing the incident or rollout, and leave you with enough evidence to close the ticket confidently.
Protect The Relationship
White-label presentation, plain attire, customer communication and any NDA or non-solicitation requirement are agreed before attendance.
Stay Connected
Check in through the nominated call, Teams, WhatsApp or ticketing route, follow remote guidance and escalate before the scope materially changes.
Close It Properly
Capture the requested photos, test results, asset details, exceptions, sign-off and narrative needed for your client, service desk and accounts workflow.
Useful Hands Where The Hardware Lives
Every request is checked against the technician, tools, site, safety and licensing requirements before acceptance. That protects your schedule and avoids discovering a mismatch in the car park.

Deployments
Install, replace, label, test and document computers, docks, monitors, printers, peripherals and suitable network equipment.
Retail & Sites
Suitable installation, replacement and commissioning work, with mounting, lifting, cabling and trade boundaries confirmed from the brief.
Audits
Condition photos, serials, inventory, port and rack observations, measurements, exceptions and practical notes for planning.
Lifecycle
Disconnect, inventory, label, prepare for return or relocation, and coordinate packaging or e-waste treatment where agreed.
A Predictable Dispatch Loop
Your service desk remains the control plane. Ultra IT handles the local execution and returns the evidence your team needs.
Site, time window, scope, outcome, contact, tools, parts, evidence and commercial terms.
Technician, travel, access, induction, presentation, safety and licensing boundaries are checked.
Follow the runbook, coordinate with your team, test the outcome and pause for approval when required.
Provide the agreed notes, times, photos, assets, exceptions, sign-off and work-order references.
The Partner-Control Promise
Good field service makes the coordinating company look organised. It does not improvise commercial decisions at the counter, overshare internal detail or turn a site visit into a sales call.

Confirm Before Acceptance
If a requirement sits outside the confirmed scope, we say so before the dispatch is accepted—not after your customer is waiting.
Partner Questions, Answered Upfront
These are starting expectations. The accepted work order and written partner terms remain the source for each job.
Yes, where agreed before dispatch. Ultra IT can follow a partner-provided runbook, identification and presentation requirements, use nominated communication channels and avoid marketing directly to the partner client. Any NDA or non-solicitation terms are reviewed before acceptance.
The core onsite service area is the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions. Exact site location, travel, access, required arrival window and technician availability are confirmed for every dispatch. Nearby or more regional work can be assessed by arrangement rather than assumed.
Suitable work can include smart hands, desktop and peripheral deployment, hardware swaps, network and rack assistance, site audits, asset capture, POS or kiosk support, digital-display and media-player installation, decommissioning and guided troubleshooting. The exact technical, licensing, access and safety boundaries are confirmed from the work order.
Yes. A technician can check in through the agreed phone, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or ticketing route and work from the supplied instructions while your remote team retains technical and client control. Communication access is tested or confirmed before the visit when it is critical to commissioning.
The technician documents the condition found, pauses before material work outside the authorised scope and contacts the nominated coordinator. Additional time, parts or changes proceed only after the agreed approval path is followed.
The close-out can include check-in and completion times, work performed, test results, serial or asset details, before-and-after photos, exceptions, recommendations and partner-supplied sign-off or SOW documents. Required formats and file destinations are agreed before attendance.
Parts delivery, collection, packaging disposal, e-waste handling and a second technician or suitable labourer can be considered when the request is scoped. Delivery timing, storage, lifting, wall type, tools, safety and commercial treatment must be confirmed before the job is accepted.
Send the required insurance limits, certificates, inductions, site licences and trade requirements with the brief. Ultra IT will confirm what can be satisfied before accepting the dispatch. Fixed cabling, electrical, security or other regulated work is not assumed to be included and may require an appropriately licensed provider.
Each dispatch is accepted against written commercial terms. The confirmation should state the rate, GST treatment, minimum attendance, billing increment, travel, parking, after-hours loadings, parts or consumables, second-person requirements and whether reporting time is included. Partner field-service pricing is confirmed from the actual brief.
